Summary of Position:
The Chief Finance and Operations Officer is responsible for providing administrative direction and leadership for over 300 employees, providing operational and general logistics support for an independent school of over 1,100 students. Supervise the operational activities of the school, including overall financial picture, information systems management, construction services, maintenance, custodial grounds, transportation, safety & security and risk management.
Position is a member of the Head of School’s administrative team, has coordination responsibilities for Board committees, including: the Finance Committee, Audit Committee, Buildings and Grounds Committee, the Investment Committee. Direct reports include the Director of Finance, Maintenance Supervisor, Director of IT, Administrative Assistant and contracted services representatives.
