Under general administrative direction, plan, organize, coordinate, supervise and direct the maintenance, operations, and grounds. Oversee the pupil transportation functions of the District. This position provides general management of all projects during construction, acting as the District representative in dealings with general contractors, architects, inspectors of record, Department of State Architect, Office of Public School Construction and local government agencies required in the normal course of the projects.

Education and Experience:
Completion of the twelfth grade with formal training in management techniques and construction technology is desirable.
Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in the maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment or construction including two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
