The Administrative Assistant is the doorkeeper and heartbeat of the Educational Talent Search office. This person is responsible for the maintenance of the participant’s records, offices files and supplies. The ideal candidate must have an understanding of office etiquette and demonstrate professionalism. The Administrative Assistant upon the Director’s approval of applications will be responsible for establishing and maintaining student files. Knowledge of database management and capable of manipulating data a must; proficient with various forms of social media. The Administrative Assistant will provide exceptional customer service, and be capable of problem solving. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative and on time to open the office. They will be knowledgeable of university policy and procedures regarding the day-to-day operations.
