Summary: The Administrative Assistant/Health & Safety Coordinator’s primary role is to provide warm and friendly greeting and to ensure the safety and security of every Aspen student and family as well as all guests. This position carries the responsibility of providing exceptional first impressions while maintaining a keen awareness to all daily activities on campus for the assurance of the overall health and safety of students, faculty, and administration.
This role will assist with communicating content that promotes understanding of the school’s programs and good will across constituencies to build strength in the Aspen Academy community and increase the rate of family retention and engagement.
