Develop and execute creative and effective promotions and game-day fan experiences for DePaul Athletics Women's Basketball and Olympic Sports. Support attendance and ticket sales campaigns to meet defined revenue goals.
Oversee the development and execution of an annual DePaul University student marketing campaign that communicates the benefits of the student athletic fee and increases student attendance at home competitions.
Achieve student attendance goals for each sport by managing student communications, the event schedule (via DeHUB), and attendance rewards. Manage student transportation service to/from Wintrust Arena for basketball games and special events and support ridership campaigns to meet defined goals. Collaborate strategically with the Office of Student Involvement, Student Government Association, and New Student and Family Engagement on events to maximize engagement and attendance.
Serve as staff advisor for and manage the activities of the Blue Crew student spirit organization.
Encourage membership registration and participation, manage selection process and activities of the board, provide supervision of activity planning and implementation, and manage organization budget.
Responsible for tracking consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics and conducting consumer research among the various fan groups that attend collegiate athletic events to provide innovative fan experiences that exceed consumer expectations.
Knowledge of and adherence to all NCAA rules, policies, and procedures. Attend and participate in monthly NCAA rules compliance education meetings. Performs other duties as assigned.
