The position's scope of work will include one or more of the following: research, development, and organization/presentation of curricular materials for online formats; transfers existing in-person course content to the appropriate online platform as needed. Assists with creating and generating content/materials for use in instructional technology that enhances teaching and learning, using a variety of platforms including traditional classroom-based instruction, synchronous remote learning, blended classroom learning, interactive e-learning, videos, webinars, screencasts, simulation, audio/visual presentations, and resource materials. Collaborates with other team leads to develop project plans that ensure work is consistent with the mission and goals of CGS and meets deliverables as projected.
Completed work will follow standard procedures and techniques, and the final product(s) will be delivered to the CGS administration for review and approval. Ownership of the final product will belong to Rutgers University and may not be reproduced or used without Rutgers approval.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Preferred experience with hiring unit's relevant program content.
Requires instructional course and material development experience; program area experience and knowledge. Must have direct subject matter knowledge and experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Government or professional certification, if applicable.
