Serves as the initial contact person for student walk-ins, phone, and email inquiries in a fast-paced, high-volume academic services office
Staff responsible for managing initial contact with students, faculty, and 3rd party inquiries regarding academic policies and procedure, transcripts and enrollment verifications, and general records inquiries. Acting as part of a team, position responsible for maintenance and accuracy of student academic information and permanent student records. Reconciles and enters data into Student Information System. Oversees day-to-day processes around academic record requests, including transcripts, letter of enrollments, and loan deferments. May assist in National Student Clearinghouse reporting and corrections as well as assist in degree conferral and related commencement functions. Other duties as required. Occasional weekend and evening overtime hours required.
