Springdale Preparatory School seeks a Female Residential Life Coordinator to live-in and supervise female boarding students in grades 6 to 12, who live in the dormitory of the School's residential campus.

The female dormitory manager is responsible for helping address individual student needs, maintain the safety and security of the dorm, respond to emergencies, and support female student's academic progress and personal growth.
This position is responsible for oversight of the girl’s dorm overnight during the academic year and must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends.
