Position: International Housing Facilitator (Dorm Parent)Status: Full Time, 10 Month Direct Report: Director of International Student ProgramStart Date: Late July, 2024 Overall ResponsibilityInternational House Parents are responsible for cultivating a safe, nurturing, structured and comfortable home environment for TKA international students. International House Parents must be able to develop strong relationships with students; grounded in compassion, mutual respect, and consistency. International House Parents will take a proactive and hands-on approach; working with students to solve problems and conflicts and offering guidance when necessary. All requirements of this position are to be performed in line with TKA’s Statement of Faith and Role Mod
