About Tessa International School Tessa International school is a fast-growing bilingual, international school located in Hoboken, New Jersey, just one subway stop from Manhattan, New York. We currently enroll students from early childhood to the 3rd Grade, with plans to expand to the 5th grade in the coming years. We are an International Baccalaureate World School. Our preschool section is also accredited by the French Ministry of National Education, and we are in the process of seeking accreditation for the elementary levels.  From Nursery through Kindergarten, children learn 80% of the time in the target languages and 20% of the time in English. Starting in grade 1, children learn 50% of the time in the target languages and 50% in English.
