DESCRIPTION:Under the supervision of the Superintendent, the Chief Business Official isresponsible for the organization and administration of the financial and businessaffairs of the District, such as payroll, purchasing, budget, investment and riskmanagement, bond/debt management, facilities, maintenance & operations,transportation, food services; collective bargaining.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to): 1. Advises the Superintendent on all fiscal matters.2. Develop and prepare annual budget and monitor income and expendituresof all District funds, make necessary reports to staff and theSuperintendent, Cabinet, Board of Trustees, and public.
