Priority Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee the distribution, tracking, inventory, and management of all residential keys.Partner with Facilities Management to process lock changes and update key control documents.Provide excellent customer service for housing-related inquiries, via phone, email, and in-person interactions.Serve as the frontline for the department, by managing communications through the shared residential life housing email account, and phone service, with a high volume of emails from students, parents, and campus partners requesting information, and providing detailed outward answers.Support the daily functions and operations of Residential Life and Campus LifeHousing and Acces
