The IACUC Administrator serves as a congruence and compliance reviewer for the Standing Committee on the Use of Animals in Research and Teaching and the Institutional Animal Care & Use Committee (IACUC) for the University. Works with investigators, IACUC staff, the Office of Animal Resources, and other University offices to provide assurance of IACUC approvals to sponsors, investigate and resolve issues of noncompliance, assist the research staff in maintaining adherence to IACUC-approved protocols with respect to University policy and federal regulations.
