The purpose of the Assistant Director of Campus Services position is to manage Campus Services’ operations related to all printing and duplication services, mail services, fleet services and student transportation services. Management and leadership responsibilities includes but are not limited to: the hiring and supervision of assigned staff (2.5 permanent FTE, and approximately 60 student workers); assisting the Director of Campus Services with the oversight of all related budgets, identification of cost saving measures; project management; review of hardware and software systems; design and maintenance of department websites; development and review of business practices, policies and procedures.
The Assistant Director of Campus Services will be responsible for tasks involving Mail Services, Print services, Info Desk and Transportation Services, and Campus Services (OneCard Production/Fleet Services).

The successful candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 5 years of on hand experience with Windows based business and computer applications. Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with basic website maintenance. Experience managing professional staff. Preferred: Training/certification/experience related to USPS, Fed Ex, and mailing operations. Training/ certification/ experience relating to production printing.
